Free prostate cancer screening available

The William W. Backus Hospital Nursing Education Department will hold a prostate cancer screening program on Saturday, Sept. 12, from 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.
The program, which is free, will take place in the hospital's Ambulatory Medical Care Unit located near the hospital's main entry.
Examinations and PSA blood tests will be performed by Dr. Franklin Friedman and Dr. Richard Colman, both urologists on the Backus Hospital Medical Staff.
