Pack the Place Pink on Aug. 9

Backus Hospital and the Connecticut Sun are partnering to promote breast health awareness through the "Pack the Place Pink" game on Sunday, Aug. 9, against the Washington Mystics at 3 p.m.
Breast cancer survivors will also participate in the pre-game ball exchange at center court. Information about Backus programs and other breast health awareness issues will be available through in-game features and along the Mohegan Sun Arena concourse throughout the game. All fans in attendance will receive a pink ribbon in support of breast health awareness.
