Backus Car Seat Clinic
The William W. Backus Hospital, Safe Kids New London County, the Norwich Fire Department and the Norwich Safe Communities Coalition have teamed up to offer a car seat clinic once a month at the Norwich Fire Department station on North Thames Street.
